Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 10-20 business days after shipping. Our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses. Most items ship from warehouses outside the United States, mainly in China, so delivery times vary by item and destination:
- Most items: 10-20 business days
- Items shipped from U.S. warehouses (noted on the product page): typically 3-8 business days
- Rachel's Rose candles (hand-poured in the USA): typically 5-10 business days
Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed and can be affected by holidays, weather and carrier delays.
Multiple packages
If you order several items, they may ship from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages on different days. You won't be charged extra for this.
Shipping rates
- United States: free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more; $4.99 flat rate on orders under $50.
- International: free shipping on orders of $75 or more; $9.99 flat rate on orders under $75. International delivery typically takes 12-25 business days.
Tracking
Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 3-5 days to show movement after the label is created.
International orders
We ship to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or fees charged by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility.
Holiday shipping
During the holiday season, please order early. We post recommended order-by dates on our homepage each year.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
